Construction Supervision – Railway Infrastructure Projects "Deutschen Bahn"

Langelsheim – Station Modernization
Comprehensive modernization of a railway station, including the reconstruction of platforms, relocation of the pedestrian underpass, and execution of power supply (50 Hz), telecommunications, and civil engineering works. NOOREX joined the project during an active construction phase, requiring intensive coordination and support due to resource constraints and project complexity. Our scope included construction supervision for power supply and telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and successful project delivery through completion.
Aligse – Platform Lighting & Power Supply Systems (50 Hz)
Modernization of platform lighting and power infrastructure, including the installation of new LED lighting systems, power distribution units, and upgraded electrical systems. The project was delivered under challenging conditions, including discrepancies between design documentation and existing infrastructure, as well as complex works in the overhead line environment. Responsible for independent construction supervision and coordination of all related activities.
Braunschweig-Schmiedekamp –Overhead Line, Signalling & Power Supply Works
Track expansion project involving the construction of new tracks, switches, overhead line equipment, and signalling systems. Supported construction supervision activities with a particular focus on overhead line (OLE) and signalling infrastructure.
Public Safety Radio, CCTV & Public Address / Fire Alarm Systems – Northern Germany
Multiple concurrent projects focused on the modernization of communication and safety systems across the railway network. Led project teams, established efficient project structures, and ensured successful testing, commissioning, and acceptance under demanding operational conditions.
Fibre Optic Projects NRW & Kassel Region – DB Broadband
Implementation of multiple parallel projects connecting and expanding the Deutsche Bahn fibre optic network. Responsible for coordination, design updates, interface management, and ensuring operational readiness and successful project acceptance.
Berlin–Hamburg High-Speed Line – Hot Box Detection Systems (HBD)
Installation of hot box detection systems at multiple locations along the Berlin–Hamburg high-speed corridor. Managed complex project interfaces, coordinated parallel construction activities, and maintained project schedules despite changing site conditions and operational constraints.
DSA+ and ZIM Programmes – Railway Infrastructure Upgrades
Supported the delivery of multiple railway infrastructure enhancement projects. Focused on construction supervision, project coordination, quality assurance, and process verification to ensure compliance with project and operational requirements.
Landungsbrücken Station, Hamburg – S-Bahn Station Refurbishment
Comprehensive refurbishment of a major urban railway station while maintaining ongoing passenger operations. Successfully managed intensive stakeholder coordination and supported project continuity following the insolvency of a key contractor, guiding the project through to its final delivery phase.
